Why we exist
Most dental clinics are built around one general dentist. When something complex walks in — a failing tooth that needs an implant, an impacted wisdom tooth, a full mouth that needs rebuilding — that dentist refers it somewhere else.
V R Dental was built to be the somewhere else. We started with a simple idea: the doctor who diagnoses your complex case should also be qualified to treat it. So instead of one generalist, we assembled a team of specialists — each one trained in a single discipline, each one treating only what they know best. The difficult cases other clinics send away are the cases we were built for.
That decision shapes everything downstream: how carefully we diagnose, how honestly we plan, and how long the results are meant to last.

How we practise
We call it plan-first dentistry, and it isn’t a slogan — it’s the order we do things in.
Before any treatment begins, you get a diagnosis you can see and a written plan you can keep. The plan spells out what we found, what we recommend, the sequence, the timeline, and the cost. Nothing starts until that’s clear to you.
Three commitments sit underneath every case:
We diagnose before we treat. Digital records, real explanations, and the time to ask questions. You should understand your own mouth before anyone picks up an instrument.
We recommend what you need — not the most expensive option. If a simpler treatment is the right one, that’s what we’ll advise. We’re equally willing to tell you that you don’t need a procedure you came in asking for.
Each doctor stays in their specialty. Your implant is planned by a prosthodontist, your surgery performed by a maxillofacial surgeon, your child seen by a pedodontist. That’s how good work gets done — and how it lasts.
Recognised beyond the clinic
Our approach has been noticed outside our own four walls. In July 2025, Nava Telangana featured V R Dental for its work raising public awareness about oral health and specialist-led care.
We also believe good dental habits start young, so we run free oral-health awareness sessions and check-up camps for children at local schools — among them Iris Florets, Altitude Pre-School, Vivekananda Nagar School and Gitanjali Devakul. No sales pitch, just teaching kids how to look after their teeth.
Meet the specialists
V R Dental is run by a team of six. Between them they cover almost every branch of dentistry, which is why most cases — including the complicated ones — are handled here rather than referred out.
Dr. CH Vyshnavi — MDS, Prosthodontist & Implantologist. Dr. Vyshnavi rebuilds teeth and smiles. As a prosthodontist, she plans and places dental implants, restores worn or missing teeth, and leads full-mouth rehabilitation cases. Patients describe her as patient and clear — she’ll explain a plan as many times as it takes for you to feel comfortable with it.
Dr. Ram Mohan S — MDS, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. With more than 15 years in surgery of the mouth, jaw and face, Dr. Ram Mohan handles the cases most clinics won’t — impacted wisdom teeth, jaw correction, TMJ disorders, bone grafting and facial trauma. His manner is calm and steady, which is exactly what an anxious surgical patient needs.
Dr. Shiva — Orthodontist. Dr. Shiva straightens teeth for teenagers and adults alike, with both braces and clear aligners, and plans each case around how the result will look and function over time.
Dr. Sabiha — MDS, Endodontist. A root canal specialist, Dr. Sabiha focuses on saving teeth that others might give up on, with single-sitting treatment designed for faster, more comfortable recovery.
Dr. Tanmayi — Periodontist & Implantologist. Dr. Tanmayi looks after the foundation — the gums and bone that hold teeth and implants in place. She treats gum disease, performs bone grafts, and protects the long-term health of implant cases.
Dr. Balaji — Pedodontist. Dr. Balaji makes the dentist a place children don’t dread. From prevention to gentle fillings, his goal is a child who grows up unafraid of the chair.
The standards behind the work
Good dentistry is decided as much by what you don’t see as by what you do.
Every patient is treated with autoclave-sterilised instruments and single-use disposables, in a clinic with a dedicated sterilisation room — not an afterthought in a corner. Our instrumentation is matched to each specialty rather than borrowed across them: surgical implant kits, rotary endodontics with an apex locator, intraoral scanning and CAD/CAM for restorations.
And because several specialists may touch a single complex case, everyone works from one shared clinical record. Your surgeon, your prosthodontist and your periodontist are all reading the same diagnosis — so your treatment moves in one direction, not three.
