Your first visit: what to expect and what to bring

  • The first consultation includes a clinical examination by the specialist and a written treatment plan with a transparent cost breakdown. Diagnostic X-rays may be charged separately if required.
  • Bring any previous X-rays, prescriptions or reports if you have them.
  • If you’re using insurance, bring your policy details — our team handles the paperwork with you.
  • Consultations are available in English, Telugu and Hindi.

EMI and insurance help

Larger treatments — implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, braces and root canals — can be paid in instalments through EMI via Bajaj Finserv. We accept UPI and cards, and our front-office team helps you check policy eligibility, prepare estimates, bills and reports for reimbursement, and coordinate with third-party administrators where possible. Ask at your consultation and we’ll plan payments around your budget.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist? No. You can book directly with the relevant MDS specialist — implants, surgery, root canal, braces, gum care or children’s dentistry.

Can I reschedule? Yes — call or WhatsApp us and we’ll move your slot. If plans change, letting us know early frees the slot for someone in pain.
